Refund policy

Short version: there are no refunds on this guide, because you receive the full product the moment you pay.

"Don't Become a Pilot Before You Read This" is a digital file delivered instantly. As soon as your payment is confirmed you land on a page with the download button, and a copy of the download link is emailed to you. There is nothing to return and no way to un-deliver it, so all sales are final.

By completing the purchase you agree that delivery starts immediately and, where your local law gives you a right to cancel a distance purchase within a cooling off period, you expressly ask us to begin delivery now and acknowledge that this right is lost once the download link has been made available to you.

What we will always do

If something technical goes wrong, we fix it, we do not argue. If the download link did not arrive, if the file will not open, or if you were charged twice by mistake, email hello@youraviationwingman.com from the address you used at checkout. We resend the link by hand, and duplicate charges are refunded in full.

What this policy does not cover

Changing your mind after reading it, buying it by accident and downloading it anyway, or deciding the career is not for you. That last one is, in a way, the guide working as intended.

Chargebacks

If you open a chargeback for a completed download, we provide the payment processor with the delivery record, the download log and this policy.
